Oysters: When in season (April-December) we supply Pacific Premium Oysters from the award winning growers at Gazander Oysters, from Port Lincoln.
Our tropical Crayfish are regularly available fresh or prepared as a mornay ready-to-go.
Also available are the Cray Tails which are very popular.
We source our Mudcrabs out of Karumba, on the Gulf of Carpentaria, available live and cooked.
